Boogie Box Fitness is changing the face of
Group Fitness as you know it. Not only do we offer one

all in one by utilizing the principal of
"Applied Muscle Resistance ".
Many dancers will never use dumbbells, barbells or machinery
to hone their bodies because it bulks them up and limits their
movement. Yet, they have great physiques and body control that
many of us can only wish for, not to mention their six-pack
abs and tight butt. They achieve this by using their own
body weight to apply muscle resistance though the execution of
each movement (compressions, oppositions, resistance,
extensions, etc.).
Boogie Box is truly NOT FOR THE
WEAK! This workout is a high intensity fusion
of hip hop & Latin dancing, mixed with kickboxing,
plyometric exercises and military drills choreographed in
intervals in order to really burn calories and sculpt
lean muscle. By using applied muscle resistance and
exaggerated, overemphasized dance movements that don't
keep you confined in a repetitive lateral pattern, you are
able to use muscle confusion to continually push your body
further and avoid those dreaded plateaus. It's
